Mitutoyo Measuring Machine Increases Precision
We purchased a Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S574 measuring machine in 2014 in our effort to manufacture parts at a high quality level. This 3D CNC operated machine with rotating measuring head allows us to measure both a few pieces with great precision and larger series automatically.
The measuring machine is equipped with the newest generation of software. This enables generating measuring programs on the basis of a 3D CAD drawing. In addition, the Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S574 produces detailed measurement reports including graphical images. Read the PDF Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S574.

Accuracy of 5 Microns Possible with High-Speed CNC Milling Machine
We purchased a Datron M10-PRO processing centre in 2014 that is able to mill with a speed of 40.000. This allows us to work with very small tools. The M10-PRO is equipped with a vacuum table of 1000 x 700 mm, which makes it possible for us to mill thinner sheet metal materials into special shapes. (more…)

In recent years, chromium-6 has often been applied to aluminium for corrosion protection and to aluminium in electronics for better electronic conduction. Chromium-6, however, is extremely toxic (carcinogenic) and prohibited for that reason. That is why we have been using chromium-3 since 2013. This is an excellent alternative and we apply it with MAVOMcoat 1300.
MAVOMcoat 1300 is a strong Multi Metal pre-treatment product, based on chromium(III) salts and complex fluorides. MAVOMcoat 1300 offers excellent corrosion resistance as a finishing coat and is the perfect base for applying organic coatings.
We are able to carry out this process in-house, which saves us both costs and time. The maximum dimensions are 800 mm x 400 mm. (more…)

Deltour receives ISO 9001 certificate
Deltour received the ISO 9001 certificate in 2014 for its entire production process.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems. The ISO organization (Geneva) is responsible for preparing and managing thousands of different standards. Most of these standards are product-oriented, but some standards are directed at generic management systems. By far the most well-known standard is ISO 9001, which relates to the management system for quality.
